The +0100 means that you're currently in GMT+1(don't forget that DST adds one to your time zone) and :0 means terminal 0. 

Ah! I see the time notation, still I don't expect to see the 0 I'm used to seeing tty2 etc.  Didn't realise that I had a 0 is that tty7?
