Error compiling autoconf in Chapter 10

Hi there,

I'm using the book CLFS-SVN-20060401-x86_64-Multilib (actually, I began
with version 20060327).
I followed the instructions in the book (at least I hope so), using the
"package-user" package management.

When trying to compile autoconf-2.59 I get the following error:

make[3]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/autoconf/autoconf-2.59/lib'

I assume this is a Perl problem. I tried rebuilding Perl several times
but no change.
If you don't have an answer to my question, can someone at least hint
whether I should rebuild LFS (would be fine with me) or if this error
is likely to occur again.

Greets,
Mike
