  Interesting, ac_cv_visibility_pragma=no in .mozconfig might be a 
simpler fix if it's only mozilla-derivatives that are affected, guess 
I'll have to try both!

  I'd never heard of paldo before, the repository looked interesting 
until I saw they're using 'smake' for cdrtools - bad taste in mouth for 
readers of lkml ;)

  Just shows I've got to get my new desktop packages up to speed (all 
recent non-x86 builds have used firefox-1.0.7, next step is to drop a 
few things that didn't suit me, and move to x64_64-64, where this might 
hit me again).
