chroot method: archs combos allowed

Hi!

In jhalfs we are trying to define a table of ($HOST,$TARGET) combos that can
be build following the chroot method. That will allow us to avoid combos that
will produce unusable systems.

We know the most obvious one:

$HOST = $TARGET

For ix86-pc-linux-gnu the next may be true also:

$HOST >= $TARGET

And I think that x86_64-multilib could to build both any ix86 or x86_64-64.

For the rest of archs, is there some additional combos allowed in the chroot
method?

Thanks :-)
