I skipped it, since I've compiled gcc-4.4.3, and the patch is designated for gcc-4.4.2. It turned out to be true...
Doesn't need to be explained. If you know enough to do stuff like change
versions, you also know enough to be aware of what patches/commands are
needed and which aren't.
