[elinks-users] feature request: wrapping breakable lines in table with unbreakable lines

When rendering a table containing an unbreakable line wider than the
screen, I'd like all the rest of the lines in the table to still be
wrapped within the width of the screen.

For example, elinks currently behaves something like this:

+-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------+
11111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
22222222222222 22222222222 22222222222222 22222222222222222222 2222222222222222 222222222222 2222222222222222 2222222222 2222
+-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------+

I would like it to behave more like this:

+-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------+
11111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
22222222222222 22222222222 22222222222222 22222222222222222222
2222222222222222 222222222222 2222222222222222 2222222222 2222
+-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------+

Or similar to what lynx does, forcing a break in the middle of a string
without whitespace (except it doesn't actually render the table):

+---------------------------------------------------------------------+
111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111
11111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111
---------------------------------------------------------------------
22222222222222 22222222222 22222222222222 22222222222222222222
2222222222222222 222222222222 2222222222222222 2222222222 2222
+---------------------------------------------------------------------+

I suspect this one would probably be preferable and easier to implement
well.

This becomes a problem most often when reading my friends page on
livejournal.com (http://www.livejournal.com/~darxus/friends but no
long lines currently). Each new entry by one of my friends is (with
the default style) a line in a table. So if one person makes a post
containing, for example, a ridiculously long url, then I find myself
horizontally scrolling through the 49 other posts on that page, which
is rather tedious.

Yes, this can be dealt with by using a livejournal style that doesn't
involve tables, but the tables are very nice for formatting and make
reading much more pleasant.
