Ok, please try the attached patch (which does what I wrote in the two
last 'long shots'). First cd into the top-level elinks directory (in
your case it looks like that is /u00/home/ant/download/elinks-0.11.1/).
Then apply it by running the following command:

	patch -p1 < /path/to/attached.patch
