Two new hints for consideration

Hi,

I have written two new hints for consideration. The first of these,
inittab.txt, details some changes you can make to /etc/inittab to
customise the system. I believe it fits in with the LFS philosophy of
learning more about the Linux system by building it from the ground up.

The second hint, metalog.txt, details the use of metalog
( http://metalog.sf.net/ ) instead of sysklogd. I personally prefer
metalog to sysklogd, due to its improved features and simplicity, and
many other users may feel the same.
