This email is to inform you of release '2.4.4-ac2' of 'Linux' through

The changes in this release are as follows:
The VIA timer reload check test now avoids tripping on a timer as it rolls
back to zero. A wrong __init in sunhme was removed. An overlarge udely in
aironet4500 was fixed. A pci2220i SCSI compile bug was fixed. A module
exception race on Alpha was fixed. Broken large vmalloc support on Alpha
was disabled. Wrong mount changes in 2.4.4 were reverted. A change in
drivers/scsi/scsi.c in 2.4.4 that subtly broke about 15 drivers was
reverted. A more correct child-favoring fork behavior was implemented. PCI
fixups are only applied if there is a VIA 686B. A GDT padding error
introduced by PnPBIOS was fixed. UML build without CONFIG_PT_PROXY was
fixed. dmfe now calls dev_alloc_skb as it should.
