Okay, this is working fine if you make a symlink
/usr/share/kbd/keymaps/defkeymap.map.gz to the real keymap (don't cp, it won't
work then as it doesn't know where the file's original dir is).

Let's update the book accordingly so we don't need a /etc/sysconfig/keyboard
file anymore with a LAYOUT variable, instead in chapter 6 - configuring software
have the user create a /usr/share/kbd/keymaps/defkeymap.map.gz symlink and the
loadkeys bootscript can simply run "loadkeys -d"
