If you are in /mnt/lfs/usr/src/bzip2-1.0.2 and you run that command, the
libbz2.so symlink will be created in ../lib which would be
/mnt/lfs/usr/src/lib

That's why we use an absolute path of $LFS/lib (we don't 'cd' to a
directory like /usr/bin anymore).
