One catch that _may_ show up one day is that when you would reinstall bzip2
later on in your system (say a few months down the road when a new version
becomes available) you may want to use the same instructions to install the
new bzip2 on an already-installed system. In that case a lot more software
is installed and there might be other files matching the /usr/bin/bz*
pattern.

Being a bit more explicit like we are currently may prevent future problems
with moving too many files.
