I've just found another one.  A patch to sh-utils-2.0 which makes uname -p
actually *work*.  Gerard, I think it would be an idea to start collecting these
together.  I was thinking of making a directory on ftp.linuxfromscratch.org,
maybe misc/lfs-patches or just lfs-patches.

Then we could upload them there (with a note of the source) and, once we have
all of the ones we want, then add them to the book.  If we don't do something
like this, it'll never happen!

Oh, any BTW, look at http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/~markh/templfs/

You'll find the sh-utils patch there for now, along with a .desc file.  I think
we should follow this format for all the patches (PACKAGE, PATCH, PURPOSE in the
.desc file) so that when we come to mention them, we can remember where the h*ll
we got them from.
