this isn't a bug it's actually how things are suposed to be.

normally there should be _no_ *.so symlinks in /lib and any package that has a
*.so.* file in /lib _should_ have a coresponding *.so symlink in /usr/lib (at
least if the packages normaly make such a link, this is where it should end up)
