The kernel is now being patched in the book to default to /bin/true instead of
/sbin/hotplug as the hotplug manager.  The udev and hotplug scripts set
themselves to the hotplug manager when they're ready.  All that is needed now is
to create a new LFS-bootscripts release, which should be soon.
