Summary: Mention CONFIG_HOTPLUG=y req when building kernel
           Product: Linux From Scratch
           Version: CVS
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Book
        AssignedTo: lfs-book at linuxfromscratch.org
        ReportedBy: winkie at linuxfromscratch.org
         QAContact: lfs-book at linuxfromscratch.org

Currently the user must have hotplugging enabled when building the kernel, but
that's not mentioned anywhere. It must be specified that CONFIG_HOTPLUG needs
to be enabled when building the kernel in chapter 8.
