Summary: usblp entries in udev configuration files
           Product: Linux From Scratch
           Version: CVS
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: major
          Priority: P2
         Component: Book
        AssignedTo: lfs-book at linuxfromscratch.org
        ReportedBy: alexander at linuxfromscratch.org
         QAContact: lfs-book at linuxfromscratch.org

1)
/etc/udev/permissions.d/00-lfs.permissions mentions both usblp* and usb/lp*
nodes, although only usb/lp* are created by default

2)
CUPS in BLFS uses usblp* and therefore it is tricky to configure it to use a USB
printer via the web interface.
