I checked /etc/groups and it was empty except for the root group I 
created earlier.
I guess I made a mistake with removing the dummy group needed for 
Coreutils.
Anyway I created a new /etc/groups with all the groups so I'm ready to 
continue.

I thought so, I only run checks when they are really needed.
