udev-032-etcdir-1.patch

Final patch version. Chapter 5 install instructions would now be:

patch -p1 -i udev-032-etcdir-2.patch
make prefix=/tools udevdir=/dev
make prefix=/tools install

Note that it is very important that udevdir _not_ be specified on the "make
install" command for this process to work correctly.

Also, "make install" will either kill a running udevd on the host system (which
is harmless, it will be restarted if needed), or report an error because it
couldn't find one to kill (which the Makefile will ignore). This will probably
need to be noted in the accompanying text in the book.
