 Does the bugreport file contain many uevents? Please paste the example
 with both the mkdir and udev-086. Upstream is going to ignore some kinds
 of uevent leaks, e.g., anything caused by USB storage.

 But that doesn't change the fact that upstream doesn't have a fully
 working mechanism for waiting for all uevents to be processed.
