Happy Hogmanay!

As we approach the main secular celebration of the year, I'd like
to wish everyone a Happy New Year, and Lang may your lum reek!

I'd like to try to send greetings in most of the various
non-English languages and dialects of Europe. Inevitably, some of
these phrases are probably totally wrong (that's the wonder of the
internet), so apologies in advance for any errors.

For people in the rest of the world, I hope esperanto will do -
Bonan Novjaron!

Anybody not using UTF-8 can probably look away now.

P.S. Perhaps I should explain that the order is supposed to be by
latitude within TimeZone, and I've omitted any duplicate entries.
