loadproc double checking?

It has a double meaning. Firstly it is indeed an extra check and no it's not 
really necesarry. The other thing is that it's easy now to do something with 
the individual pid's. Stuff some commands between 'for' and 'done'.

But the main reason is still just checking. Making sure that it collects the 
PID's fine and does something with it.
