What's Redhat's default PATH set too?
I'm assuming your doing this as root.

/bin:/sbin:/usr/bin:/usr/sbin/:/usr/local/bin:/usr/local/sbin

Is usually what i set it ass, and may ass /root/bin, if i have any script
i like to run.
