It's the correct work yes.

Why have the files in /usr/bin and /usr/cpu/bin ? I know the files in
/usr/bin are hardlinks to the ones in /usr/cpu/bin but if you don't do
cross compiling there's little need in having that target specific
directory. So I've disabled it.
