Yes you need e2fsprogs-1.19 (on the sourceforge e2fsprogs page). Theodore Tso
posted the info to the kernel list. Although he hadn't yet released it due to
shortage of time (hence it's not on (m)any other sites).
But then this is a development kernel, it's all part of the "fun"
