ncurses on lfs

That is because you are using glibc2.2 - which is not part of the book.  You
need to recompile the compiler (gcc and g++) with a patch that has been made
available on this list in the past.

I cant compile ncurses on the lfs-system. I tried ncurses 5.1 and 5.2 and
