Nononononononono...what does FHS have todo with this (i don't care what
you guys say) it's just common _sense_ to have it with this
Put it this way, if you have a seperate partition for / and /usr you
want e2fsprogs in /bin and /lib as if you can't mount another partition
and there in /usr/bin.... they can't help you much,
But it's not just that, every (distro that i use regularly that is) has
e2fsprogs utilities and libraies in /bin and /lib, alot of thigns expect
them in /sbin, etc.
Those are two reasons, i'm not saying it ain't gonna work w/o that, but
it's a cleaner and more standard way of doing it (ok, now you can plug
in an FHS/LSB spec if you want ;)
