Bash 2.04 static compilation

Look at the section about installing the kernel (pre chroot) where you do the 
make deps.  You forgot to make the symbolic links after that.  go to 
/usr/include and type:
ln -s ../src/linux/include/linux linux
ln -s ../src/linux/include/asm asm 

(I think those are right.)
