The problems are with static bash, not dynamic one, so pre-chroot.

This means that, like has been suggested, you check if /usr/include/linux and 
/usr/include/asm are present and point to a directory that exists.

Secondly, make sure you have the kernel headers install. Often they are not 
installed by default by your distribution and you need to tell your package 
manager to install the kernel headers. Then try to install bash again.
