gcc build after chroot

Somehow the strerror.c file wasn't compiled. Remove the gcc-build directory 
and start over again and watch the screen closely. Perhaps you want to log 
the output to a different file so after the compilation you can run over it 
again and see if strerror.c was compiled into strerror.o, like this way:

make bootstrap 2> error-log-file
