I'm tring to build a 2.4.2 system on my machine; everything went
relatively smoothly till the make of vim. Here's the (hopefully)
relevant chunk of output:

  gcc -o vim buffer.o charset.o digraph.o edit.o eval.o ex_cmds.o
ex_docmd.o ex_getln.o fileio.o getchar.o if_cscope.o main.o mark.o
memfile.o memline.o menu.o message.o misc1.o misc2.o multbyte.o normal.o
ops.o option.o os_unix.o pathdef.o quickfix.o regexp.o screen.o search.o
syntax.o tag.o term.o ui.o undo.o window.o version.o
os_unix.o: In function `mch_set_winsize':
os_unix.o(.text+0x27bc): undefined reference to `term_set_winsize'
os_unix.o(.text+0x27bc): relocation truncated to fit: R_PPC_REL24 term_set_winsize
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make[1]: *** [vim] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/vim-5.7/src'
make: *** [all] Error 2

any ideas?

	thanks
