LFS 2.4 - Hang on 1st reboot

Yes, the Kernel is compiled for i486. It was compiled ON an i686, but i486
was the chosen option in config. I saw some CPU=486 parameters fly by whilst
compiling.

Is your kernel compiled for i486? Run kernel config script and make sure you

select the proper CPU.
