Why logout of chroot, copy dynamic bash over static bash, then chroot again?

I have last few times installing LFS just copy bash and bashbug withing
chrooted environment. And after booting into LFS, the dynamic Bash will be
there. Why does one need dynamic Bash while configuring a system?

After entering the chroot'ed environment and compiling dynamic bash, the
book
says to logout, copy the dynamic bash over static bash, then re-enter the
chroot'ed environment. Couldn't you just copy bash and bashbug from
/usr/bin
to /bin from within chroot?
