Advice for buyer needed

At www.thedukeofurl.org , they have a monthly linux buyers guide where
they give a low end , midrange and power config.
Last month , however they added an smp config. I noticed that this month
they did not have the smp config but last months article may be of some use.

I have never been able to find my components at the price he lists however.
