/dev/null under devfs (was Re: perl problem)

A few released back proc wasn't mounted and that's why a package like 
procinfo is installed this way:


sed "s/-ltermcap/-lncurses/" Makefile >Makefile2 &&
make -f Makefile2 &&
make install

This above is going to change into the following:

sed "s/-ltermcap/-lncurses/" Makefile | make -f - &&
make install

The above construction can't be done without proc mounted.
