Yes it is. gnu.org is outdated. The official gcc site it
http://gcc.gnu.org, though even on that site they don't mention it in so
many words, but it is out there, it's on freshmeat as well.
gcc-184.108.40.206 is basically gcc-2.95.2 + the patch you can find via
gcc.gnu.org to get it to compile&link against glibc-2.2.x
