lilo compile problems b/c missing autoconf.h

Keep in mind if something major changes in the kernel you have to
reinstall Glibc too, so glibc is aware of the new kenrel headers. What
constitures major chagnes? That i can't answer, the kernel guys should
mention these things somewhere.
