Patch for GCC 3.0 on Redhat 6.2

Here's a patch I just created for gcc 3.0. This fixes the error discussed
here (re_max_failures redefinition problem during static compile):

http://archive.linuxfromscratch.org/mail-archives/lfsdiscuss/2001/06/0759.html

This is the first time I have ever created a patch, and I successfully
applied it to my system, so I hope it works for you guys and gals. I ran
it from the unpacked gcc-3.0 directory with the following
command:

patch -Np0 < gcc-3.0.patch

Please let me know if this patch works or not, or if I did something
wrong. Thanks!
