This means bash can't load the dynamic libraries it was build against. So your
static build hasn't really been a static build after all... Try to rebuild bash
statically with a new source tree and make sure the flag --enable-static-link to
configure is present and contains no typos. If you get the same error, your
linker may be broken (eg. unable to create static binaries)

There is no programming language, no matter how structured,
that will prevent programmers from writing bad programs.
