Update on boot problem: Half fixed

That's normal the first time you reboot (I should make a note of that in the 
book). It won't be fixed until you have finished chapter 9 (installing 
network software) which will have you copy files called protocols and 
services from netkit-base to /etc and at that point sysklogd will be able to 
run properly.
