NO, don't link to cpp0! The name-change was done to avoid the confusion
with all those cpp's - /usr/bin/cpp should be the target of your link.

If you want to install such a bleeding-edge-system you might check out
the mailinglist-archive. Most questions were answered there already (and
we are working hard to get LFS-3.0pre2 out soon :)
