/etc/rc.d/init.d and LSB

I noticed a few days ago that the LFS book has started putting init scripts
in /etc/rc.d/init.d instead of /etc/init.d. I just thought I'd point out
that LSB 1.1 requires an /etc/init.d (even if it's just a symlink to
somewhere else).

four figures to fix?"
