Perhaps a little bit more precision isn't that bad of an idea. Let's round
off to a *.yy format so 1.96 10.51 158.05)

Now don't get too literal. If you get a 0.001 don't write 0.00 SBU that
wouldn't make sense. Make it 0.01 in such cases.
