Oops, I guess I meant 35%.
I was thinking...why not give the sample standard deviation along with
the averages?  So glibc might be 15+/-3 SBU's, and people who complain
that thier 486 got 40 SBU's can be explained that their system simply
lies outside the confidence interval, trying to sound as mathematical
and complicated as possible.
