outdated line in chapter 2

In the section "About $LFS", the book says

"A command like echo "root:x:0:0:root:/root:/bin/bash" > $LFS/etc/passwd
without the LFS variable set will re-create your host system's /etc/passwd
file. Simply put: it will destroy your current password database file."

The last sentence is not accurate anymore since LFS is now built by an
unprivileged user to prevent problems like this.
