man-1.5k and its patch

In the CVS the instruction is as follows:
	patch -Np1 -i ../man-1.5k.patch &&
	PATH=$PATH:/usr/bin:/bin \
	    ./configure -default -confdir=/etc &&
	make &&
	make install
But it should be
	PATH=$PATH:/usr/bin:/bin \
	    ./configure -default -confdir=/etc &&
	make &&
	patch -Np1 -i ../man-1.5k.patch &&
	make install
as the src/man.conf is created while making the package.
BTW: There is a unusual warning when applying the patch:
Hunk #1 succeeded at 92 with fuzz 2.
