From glibc-2.2.x to glibc-2.3.x

Another method, that I think is simpler.

After installing glibc, and having the above libraries such that the
chroot does not work anymore.

Do the four packages fileutils, tar, ncurses, bash using the instructions
below.  This links these packages against the new library.  Note that no
binaries are copied and the stuff goes into /static, except for symbolic
links
