e2undel problem

I don't think this has been addressed, but I found an issue that "may" be
worthy of mention in the book.

If you have e2undel/libundel installed and its being loaded at a login, it will
prevent a user from chrooting.

The quickest way around this is:
$ unset LD_PRELOAD

before beginning LFS. Besides with all the file deletions gonig on, you
don't want to junk up your e2undel database.
