Bug in Changelog in CVS?

The list on top is just a summary of all the package updates that have 
occurred in this release. It's very tedious to scroll down the list to find 
the exact date when some package was updated. This summary on top tells you 
exactly which packages updated, and thus what you need to update (mainly) to 
bring your current LFS system up to latest specs.

The actual package update is mentioned down that page with the proper date and 
who did it. For example the automake-1.6.3 upgrade took place on August 26th 
and was performed by me.
