copying assembler headers

In chapter 6 some kernel headers are currently copied using the 
following commands:

mkdir /usr/include/asm &&
cp include/asm/* /usr/include/asm &&
cp -R include/asm-generic /usr/include &&

Why not change this to:

cp -R include/asm /usr/include &&
cp -R include/asm-generic /usr/include &&

In the past the headers were copied in chapter 5 and made use of 
the cp command of the host system and had to cater for old 
versions.  But now the just-compiled 4.1 cp command is being used.
